Hello! Long time no see!

Oh dear, I’ve done it again haven’t I?! Dropped the ball on crafting and blogging… I have good reason, in that I am now 38 weeks pregnant, and so the last couple of months have been taken up with preparing for the new baby, finishing work, and just generally trying to stay awake!

This of course means that my blog and Stampin’ Up! have taken a bit of a back seat, and I’m not promising any regular content for the time being (although I do hope to get on Facebook Live at some point this week). However, I am still here, and my online store is still very much open.

I’m sure you are by now familiar with these occasional kit offerings we get from Stampin’ Up! This time we get a fun Christmas themed box of goodies to make 8 stunning Christmas Cards, along with a lovely Photopolymer stamp set that you can use for years to come.

As usual Paper Pumpkin kits are while stocks last, but include all of the goodies you need to make the project (with the exception of a clear block), and so are a great way to craft quickly, or on the go.

Curvy Celebration Bundles!

Ok, so the other offer from Stampin’ Up! is the fabulous set of bundles, which is part Christmas and part early release from the January-June catalogue!

This is a two stamp set, die set and Designer Series Paper combination, with one of the stamps and papers being Christmas themed. However, its the Quite Curvy Stamp set and coordinating Curvy Dies that I am absolutely loving at the moment and I think are an absolute must have!

Oh my goodness, why do these things come around so quickly?

The Stampin’ Up! January-June Mini Catalogue launched this morning, and I forgot to write the blog post! Ooops!

I haven’t mailed out any catalogues this time for a few reasons; 1. I haven’t had time more than anything, babies first Christmas took priority over envelope stuffing this year, 2. The last 2 catalogue runs I’ve done haven’t had the interest that I have had before, catalogues cost me money to buy and post, and without the return on my investment it just wasn’t worth the time it takes. I do have a small stash of catalogues though, so if you want one do drop me a message and let me know

Stock Updates, In Colour and Sale-a-bration!

Hey folks!

I have a few update for you today, and a couple of fun projects for you later in the week! This past week I didn’t post either here or over on my Facebook or Instagram pages, this is the first time I have missed a full week in ages, but there are a couple of reasons:

I am 33 weeks pregnant (today!) and this past week I’ve just been exhausted.
Last weekend, James and I took a lovely trip up to Newcastle to see Saturday Night Fever (which was AWESOME!) but it meant that I didn’t get any crafting time, this combined with the fact that I completely forgot about this trip earlier in the month when I was planning means that I had no content last week!
I’m starting to slow down a little in preparation for our little arrival. I have 4 weeks of my day job left, and so that is my current priority, although I am still crafting when I can, and like I said I have 2 fun projects for you later in the week!

So, you can expect to still see inspiration and ideas from me, but not at my usual rate! I’m also a little behind on my Thank You cards and gifts too… but I WILL catch up before baby arrives!

In Colours…

This is a bit of an advanced warning, but as we approach the end of the current Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue in May we are also approaching that time of year where we have to say Goodbye to 5 of the In-Colours.

In-Colours are 5 in style colours that are added to the Stampin’ Up! colour palette each year, and last for 2 years. So the colours that are due to retire in May are:

Fresh Fig
Berry Burst
Powder Pink
Tranquil Tide
Lemon Lime Twist

This means that items using these colours are currently in quite high demand, particularly ink re-fills and card stock. These items usually sell out VERY quickly once the Retiring list is announced, So, if you want any of the items that use these colours grab them sooner rather than later!
