Hello! I thought I would round up a few of my Club FAQ’s for you…
How do I pay for Club?
I use PayPal to invoice everyone for clubs. It’s really simple, and all you need is a credit or debit card to pay.
When is payment due?
All my clubs run from the 1st to the 15th each month (with the exception of my Code Club which closes on the 28th). Payments are due on, or before, the 15th and orders will be placed after this date
When will my club order arrive?
I place all club orders on the 16th of each month, turn around times vary a little but my aim is always to have your club orders out to you by the 26th. This is subject to change, but I will always email you with any issues or changes. Orders will only be late if I am waiting for items to arrive from Stampin’ Up! but you will be aware of this before your order arrives
How are club orders delivered?
I use Royal Mail to send all club orders. Club orders are posted by second class recorded delivery
Each month a new Code Club starts. To join in all you need to do is add the Code Club Code at checkout. Orders over £25 will receive a PDF download containing 4 exclusive projects, while orders over £45 also receive a card kit to complete the projects too! Stamp set not included
