StampinByHannah The Project Share Project | Inspirational Papercraft!
Thursdays are quickly becoming my favourite day of the week… getting to share projects from 3 of my Stampin’ Sisters, and I have to say, the projects I have for you this week are some of my all time favs!
I started at the beginning of Helen’s blog this week to find this fun card! It uses one of my favourite stamp sets from this years Annual catalogue; Happy Birthday Gorgeous! I love how Helen has used the fun flowers and bright colours
Sally has out-done herself again this week with a fabulous 3D project AND a video tutorial. Do check on her name (or the picture to see it!)
Thanks for checking out StampinByHannah today… hope to see you again tomorrow for a fun video tutorial!

StampinByHannah International Blog Highlights Petal Palette card for Sara!
You know you’ve had a busy month when Facebook reminds you that not only do you have 5 events this week that you can’t remember… but that one of them is Kylie’s International Blog Highlights, and you can’t even remember what the theme is! Yes, this was me first thing on Monday morning… and if it wasn’t for our May Day Bank Holiday in the UK this post would not be here!
This month’s Blog Highlight theme is Cards for Sara! I LOVE this idea… Sara Douglass is the CEO of Stampin’ Up! and she is incredible. So, to celebrate this Kylie has tasked us with creating a special card for her to say Thanks! Now, remember how I said I’d forgotten about this… well, in my panic to find some inspiration at 07:30 on a Monday morning, I jumped onto Sara’s Facebook Page and found one of the cards that Stampin’ Up! have sent to one of the recent Million Dollar Sellers. These cards are always so detailed, with heaps of layers, Designer Series Paper, embellishments and ribbons…. and so this card was born!
I’ve recently been breaking down my layers for you… and so I’ll do the same thing here!
Card Base; Fresh Fig – 14.85 x 15.75 cm, scored on the log side at 10.5 cm
Bermuda Bay Layers; 10 x 14.3 cm, 4.8 x 14.3 cm, 6.5 x 10.8 cm
Card Base; Powder Pink – 12 x 10.3 cm, scored on the long side at 6 cm
Petal Passion Designer Series Paper – 9.5 x 13.8 cm, 4.3 x 13.8 cm, 5.5 x 12.8 cm
Vellum Pretty Label
Die Cut in Fresh Fig using the Petals and More thinlits
Bird stamped in Bermuda Bay and die cut
Sentiment from Petal Palette stamped in Fresh Fig
Powder Pink stamped flower
Trio of Basic Rhinestones
The Petal Palette stamp set and Petals and More thinlits are both carrying over in the new Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue (Yay!)… but the bundle of the two items together is retiring. So, if you want them both, I’d grab them before the end of May and save yourself 10%! The stunning Petal Passion Designer Series Paper is on the Retiring List…. and it’s now while stocks last!
Thanks so much for stopping by today, and please do head over to Kylie’s Blog to see the other Projects for her International Blog Highlights and to vote for you favourite creations!

StampinByHannah Team Training Cards using Retiring Ink Colours…
I have 2 fabulous cards to share with you today! Before we get to them though, I do what to let you know about the Retiring List. The WHOLE list is now While Stocks Last…. so RUN and grab your favourites now! I also have to say that I wrote this blog post a while ago, and so some of the colours on these cards might not be available!
These 2 cards both use the fabulous Beautiful Bouquet stamp set. Now, I actually haven’t bought this one! These cards were a fabulous make and take project from a recent team training event… but I think I am convinced that these stamps need to find a home on my stamp shelves! Actually, I need to do it sooner rather than later, as the stamp and coordinating die bundle (that saves you 10%) retires at the end of the month…. better get my skates on!
This first card uses a combination of Marina Mist, Chocolate Chip and Pear Pizzazz (and a touch of Wink of Stella!)…. and it got a LOT of ‘ooh’s! at the event!
Marina Mist and Chocolate Chip are just 2 of the colours retiring at the end of the month. While I am sad to see them go, I am SO excited about the new colours coming! My new ink pads arrive in my craft room this week, and I’ll share my pre-order with you on Facebook Live on Sunday Morning!
You can find more information about the up-coming Colour Revamp HERE!
This second card uses the retiring Sweet Sugarplum, Marina Mist and Perfect Plum, along with Pear Pizzazz. I LOVE the layered stamp look here, its a great way to get more from those little stamps!

StampinByHannah Make It Monday Share What You Love Gorgeous!
I’ve been a little obsessed with the Share What You Love Designer Series Paper recently. I still have heaps of samples using it to share with you from my Display Board from Stampin’ Up! OnStage back at the beginning of April…. so many that I might just do a really long post with all the cards on! I was planning on spreading them out over a few weeks, but I’m having a lovely period of creativity at the moment, and I keep making more!
Today’s card combines the Share What You Love Designer Series Paper with one of my favourite stamp sets from the past year; Happy Birthday Gorgeous!
This fun card features a large piece of that Share What You Love Designer Series Paper, along with one of those beautiful Pearlised Doilies. I will admit I wasn’t convinced by these new doilies when I first got my hands on them, but the more I’ve used them the most I LOVE them. The Pearlised finish is only on one side, the other side is a matt white….so they could be any colour you choose, you just need to grab an ink pad and a sponge! Love that! The Designer Series Paper and the Doilies are both part of the Share What You Love Early Release Bundles… check them out!
I have been playing a lot with layers recently, and this card shows that off too! Ready for the card recipe?
Mint Macaron Card Base; 29.7 x 10.5 cm, scored on the long side at 14.85 cm
Basic Black card stock; 13.3 x 9 cm
Share What You Love Designer Series Paper; 12.8 x 8.5 cm
Half a Pearlised Doily
Half a Pretty Label punched out of Champagne Foil Sheet
2 Leaves punched from Vellum using the Leaf punch
Classic Label punch stamped with 2 stamps from Happy Birthday Gorgeous
The Happy Birthday Gorgeous Stamp Set can currently be found on the Retiring List…. but it’s not going anywhere. It’s featured on the Retiring List because it is currently bundled with a fabulous Happy Birthday Thinlit die, and the bundle is being retired at the end of this years Annual Catalogue. The bundle price allows you to save 10% when you buy the stamp set and die together, so I’d be grabbing this one sooner rather than later to get that discount!

StampinByHannah Inspire.Create.Challenge 018 Share What You Love Sketch Challenge
This week’s Inspire.Create.Challenge is a sketch! I do LOVE a good sketch challenge, and while I’m sharing heaps of Share What You Love inspiration this week I thought I would continue to do that here too…
I’ve kept things simple again this week… as I made this project on Saturday afternoon… but using the Share What You Love Designer Series Paper you really don’t need to do much else! It’s simply stunning!
This is also the first time I’ve given you a peak at one of the new In-Colours here on the blog! This card features the brand new Grapefruit Grove, as well as one of the returning favourites; Mint Macaron (having a party to celebrate this one!). While it’s not a colour combination I think I’ll be reaching for often, I quite like it!
Don’t forget to head over to Inspire.Create.Challenge to see the creations from the rest of the Design Team, and to share your creations with us to!

StampinByHannah Make It Monday | Share What You Love!
This week is a special one! We are fast approaching the launch of the Stampin’ Up! 2018 Annual Catalogue, and to celebrate Stampin’ Up! are releasing 4 fabulous product bundles… more on what is in the bundles tomorrow (when they launch) but today I thought I would re-work one of the projects I made for Stampin’ Up! OnStage…. using the new Love What You Do Stamp Set and Share What You Love Designer Series Paper.
I had loads of fun making this card… which features one of my favourite techniques; watercolour wash backgrounds!
The Love What You Do stamp set features some lovely sentiments with 2 great fonts. I am such a font girl… and this one really sings to me! I was SO lucky to get to work with this stamp set for the Display Boards at Stampin’ Up! OnStage in early April… this was my inspiration for today’s card…
I’m sure you can see how I’ve got from one to another…
The Love What You Do Stamp set is available from tomorrow as part of the fabulous Share What You Do Early Release Bundles… check back tomorrow for all the details!

The second card uses one of my favourite Stamp Sets ever…. I really do not know what I am going to do without this one! StampinByHannah InspireINK Wedding Congratulations with Petal Palette from Stampin’ Up!
Are you ready for some serious Wedding Inspiration this month?! I think the girls on the InspireInk team thought I was a bit mean when I made the suggestion of doing a Wedding theme this month… but I know that we are just gearing up for the Wedding Season and I am sure that Wedding or Congratulations inspiration is always much appreciated!
I just HAD to use my absolute favourite stamp set from this years Stampin’ Up! Spring Summer catalogue for this congratulations card… the Petal Palette bundle has been constantly out and on my desk since it arrived in my craft room back in December. I am SO excited that it is carrying over in this years Annual Catalogue too! I do have a confession to make about this card though… It was made it right at the beginning of the month, before Stampin’ Up! announced the Colour Revamp… and so it does uses Rose Red which is sadly about to retire!
The other retiring item on this card is the Petal Palette bundle… while the stamps and the dies are continuing into the new catalogue the 10% bundle discount will end on the 31st May. So it is definitely worth thinking about grabbing it sooner rather than later!
This card is a little different from the ones I usually share here on the blog, it’s a totally different size! The Blushing Bride card base is cut at 10 x 5″, and scored on the long edge at 5″ to create a 5 x 5″ square card (and I’m going to have to get out my Envelope Punch Board to make it a custom sized envelope too!). The layers are then cut at 4-3/4 x 4-3/4 and 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 ” to create the pretty layered effect.
The main detail on this card is concentrated in the bottom right hand corner… and I’ve been playing with layering again so we have:
stamped dotty boarder stamp from Petal Palette in Blushing Bride ink
Die cut boarder in Fresh Fig
Die cut floral corner from Champagne foil sheet
Two birds stamped from Petal Palette in Blushing Bride and Rose Red, die cut with the coordinating Petals and More Thinlits
Congratulations stamped in Fresh Fig and die cut before being popped up on Dimentionals
A trio of Clear Facet Gems

StampinByHannah The Project Share Project Memories and more….
Even though I’m on a bloggy break this week I couldn’t miss digging through my Stampin’ Buddies blog archive… and I have some fabulous projects to share with you this week!
I am such a sucker for a scrapbooking project, and when I spotted this gorgeous photo of Helen’s Nan I couldn’t not share it with you! This week Helen has made this fabulous Memories and More album for her Nan… what a fabulous gift!
I’m actually sharing one of Sally’s videos this week… can you tell Helen sent me off looking for Memories and More projects?!
I just LOVE this fabulous scrapbooking system! The card packs are just such great value with heaps of cards, along with sticks and more! PLUS the line is expanding in the upcoming Annual catalogue to make these packs truly Memories and MORE!
So, I did search Angelina’s blog for some Memories and More…. but sadly I couldn’t come up with anything current. However, I did find this awesome project that uses the Birthday Memories suite! This project is just fantastic… don’t forget to click the image to see all the details… and the video tutorial too!
I’ve been using the Memories and More packs to complete my own scrapbooking project in 2018! Normally the last Thursday in the month would be my monthly One Little Word update…. but I’m going to delay April’s for a week or so. But it will be back soon!
