Hello! Welcome to this month’s Technique Tuesday blog Hop. This month the theme is ‘2-step stamping’ which might be one of my favourite techniques ever!
2- step stamping is fabulous technique, but you do need specifically designed stamp sets for it, what is great those is that Stampin’ Up! make a whole heap of different ones and I’m sure that the rest of the blog hop will share lots of different ideas. This card uses Trucking Along which can be found in the Online Exclusives section of the online store. I know it was super popular in some places and so might not still be available everywhere, but we can still get it here in the UK. This card was inspired by a card I found on Pinterest.
One of the things I often do with 2-step stamping is stamp the most solid stamp first, and then add the detail over the top… this makes sense with floral images, but can seem a bit odd with an image like this one.
