Inspire.Create.Challenge #148 | Card idea using Timeless Arrangements from Stampin’ Up!

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah for this week’s Inspire.Create.Challenge. This time Jo has set us a fabulous Colour Combination; Blackberry Bliss, Lost Lagoon and Lemon Lolly, which I have paired with the Timeless Arrangements stamp set and a scrap of Inked Botanicals Designer Series paper.

Global Design Project 404 | Ink Blended Trucking Along…

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah for this week’s Global Design Project. This week’s challenge is to CASE a project from the ever talented Susan Wong. I’ve been playing with the Trucking Along bundle, and have a bunch of projects to share… but this card sort of appeared on my desk this morning! (Don’t you just love it when that happens?!)

I have been sorting my scraps recently, and came across a piece of vellum with a circle die cut from it… and so I used it here as a mask to create the ink blended circle. The colours here are Sweet Sorbet, Crushed Curry, Azure Afternoon and Starry Sky.

The truck, clouds and sentiment are all from Trucking Along.

Crafty Challenge Blog Hop | A Subtle take on Textured Florals…

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah for another Crafty Challenge. This month we had 5 items to aim for; Subtles, Standard Horizontal, Ribbon, Masking and For You. I did my best, and I think I hit them all…

I used the Subtles collection here, pulling out Petal Pink, Lemon Lolly, Soft Seafoam and Pool Party, with the Textured Floral Stamp set. The sentiment was stamped first and then masked off with a bit of Sticky Note tape, before I stamped the floral images.

Trucking Along | Video Tutorial

Crafty Collaborations Birthday Blog Hop | Card Using It’s a Science

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah today for a fun Birthday themed Blog Hop. I will admit that this post was a bit of a rush last night, so I might not be quite so chatty as usual!

I am really enjoying the It’s a Science stamp set… this card was inspired by a non-Stampin’ Up! card that I had spotted on Instagram, that used some drinks stamps to create a background and then this cute embellishment piece.

Here the background is stamped in Memento and then bubbles in Melon Mambo, Highland Heather, Wild Wheat, Tahitian Tide and Parakeet Party. The beakers were then coloured with the same colours using Stampin’ Blends!

Global Design Project 403 | Beautiful Balloons with Stripes…

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah for a fun stripy card for this weeks Global Design Project. This card was totally inspired by one of the Design Team; Krista Frattin.

This card uses the Beautiful Balloons stamp and die bundle, along with the coordinating Designer Series Paper, and I’ve used Misty Moonlight, Berry Burst and Lemon Lime Twist for my stamping.

Inspire.Create.Challenge #147 | Sketch idea using Nature’s Prints

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah for this week’s Inspire.Create.Challenge. This time Jo has set us a fabulous sketch, and after freaking out a little over the horizontal lines I was inspired by a card Patty Bennet shared. Patty used a Blending Brush and ripped paper to create a fabulous background, and I took this idea to create the two horizontal lines

The colour combination here is Basic White, Blackberry Bliss and Bubble Bath (would you believe me if I said that I hadn’t clocked that they all start with a B until I wrote this post).

The stamp set at work here is Nature’s Prints, along with the coordinating dies and the Stylish Shapes die set.

Stampin’ Dreams | Summer Fun with Share a Milkshake

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah for this month’s Stampin’ Dreams Blog Hop. This month’s theme is Summer Fun… and what is more fun that a trip to the ice cream shop? (I know my 4 year old would agree!).

I’m really loving a rainbow of colours at the moment, and whilst this one is more subtle than yesterdays project I still love it just as much. The colour combination at work here is Lemon Lolly, Petal Pink, Soft Seafoam, Pool Party, Bubble Bath and Coastal Cabana.

Global Design Project 402 | Beautiful Balloons…

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah. I’ve had a few weeks off from sharing along with the Global Design Project, I’ve made a few projects and then not got around to posting! (life is busy, as usual… and my kids have been poorly). Anyway, this week, I have not only managed to make the project, but I’ve found 10 minutes to write the blog post as well!

Challenge 402 is a fabulous sketch, you can find sketch and more inspiration over on the Global Design Project Blog.

This card uses the fabulous Beautiful Balloons bundle, and a rainbow of card stock! The colours here at Poppy Parade, Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry, Parakeet Party, Coastal Cabana, Pretty Peacock, Azure Afternoon, Orchid Oasis and Bubble Bath.

Technique Tuesday | Vintage card idea using Nature’s Prints

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah for this month’s Technique Tuesday blog hop. This month we are sharing Vintage inspired projects and I chose to re-make a project I made several years ago

This card uses Nature’s Prints stamp set, along with Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie and Boho Blue inks. I really enjoy a layered stamping moment, and here I’ve also added a layer of Crumb Cake ink blended over the top of the leaves and ink splatters. Also, worth noting I’ve used Very Vanilla Card stock here too, rather than my usual Basic White.

The sentiment is stamped in Pecan Pie, and punched it out using the 2″ circle punch.
