Pansy Patch Birthday Card

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah… quick post from me today, as this card took me so long to make that I ran out of time to write the blog post! Today’s card uses the Patsy dies, and Pansy Patch stamp set and was inspired by THIS card I spotted on Instagram this past week.

This card also uses a few of the new Stampin’ Up! Colours; Azure Afternoon is that bold blue, and Bubble Bath is the colour in the background. The other colours here are Balmy Blue, Parakeet Party, Granny Apple Green, and Crushed Curry.

Creative Colour Challenges #84 | Pansy Patch

Hello! Welcome to StampinByHannah for my second colour challenge of the week. Today I thought I would share this week’s Creative Colour Challenge combination; Balmy Blue, Orchid Oasis and Petal Pink.

I am currently diving into my stamp shelf and trying to use stamps I haven’t used in a while… and I actually cannot remember the last time I inked this one! I love that Pansy Patch is carrying forward into the new Annual Catalogue, its so pretty and really versatile too.

I love a two step stamp, and these flowers are 3 step, but super easy to line up (and it doesn’t really matter if they aren’t perfect because they still look lovely).

The background panel, a piece of Orchid Oasis Card stock, is embossed using one of the trio of embossing folders in the Online Exclusives.

Inspire.Create.Challenge 095 | Fun with the Pansy dies!

Hello! Welcome to another Inspire.Create.Challenge! Challenge 095 is a fun sketch, and the Design Team have been super busy making a bunch of cool projects for you. Speaking of cool, it is definately not cool where I live… I’ve been meaning to write this blog post all week, but as usual I’m a last minute Annie, writing a blog post on the hottest day of the year and just typing is making me sweat!

Anyway, that’s probably more information than you really needed on a Sunday morning, so, shall we get onto the project?

Pansy Patch Just Because card using Pansy Petals Designer Series paper from Stampin' Up! with StampinByHannah

On Friday I shared another card using the Pansy dies from Stampin’ Up! This card was made in the exact same way, I’ve just changed the colours up (taking inspiration from the Designer Series Paper, because I am a long way from being an expert in flowers!)

How to create a die cut Pansy using Stampin’ Up! products

Hello! Happy Friday! The weekend is in sight, and I have a box of fabulous new Stampin’ Up! goodies arriving today. What more could a girl want?! A Friday video? oh, go on then!

Pretty Happy Birthday Card using Pansy Petals from Stampin' Up!

The Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper is currently on sale (15% off!) and I am really loving the collection of patterns. They aren’t all floral, there are also some stunning stripes, and pretty ginghams in there too! I have another card using this suite coming on Sunday too

This card was really simple to put together, it just took a bit of time to do all the die cutting. Top Tip though; put Adhesive Sheet on the back of your card stock before you die cut. This way, you basically create die cut, card stock stickers that you can quickly stick together. You could also use liquid glue, but this way is much less messy!

Inspire.Create.Challenge #092 | In Colours

Hello! Oh my goodness, so, I’ve had a busy few weeks and so my blog has been a little quiet (even more than usual!), but I have good reason. So, I started back at work 3 weeks ago (and its been more than a bit crazy!), but also I’ve been completing a massive craft room overhaul! My craft room is almost done, I will be sharing that over on YouTube very soon! and hopefully that means I can get back to Facebook Live videos next weekend too

Anyway, today is Inspire.Create.Challenge day, and this week we have challenged you all to use the brand new Stampin’ Up! In Colours. I am loving these! They just feel so fresh, clean and really fun.

I’ve had a few reasons to make some projects recently, and this particular card is destined for my Stampin’ Up! Team Leader when I return some vouchers to her this coming week. I have been collecting for a while with something particular in mind, and it will finish my new craft space off perfectly!

Anyway, I digress. This card uses the 2021-2023 In Colour Designer Series Paper, along with the Evening Evergreen ink and card stock.

I can’t make a project at the moment without using the Stitched So Sweetly dies, and this card was another perfect excuse to get out the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss. The sentiment is from the Pansy Patch stamp set (another current fav), and I really enjoy the look of it stamped at the bottom of a much bigger die cut.

Pootlers Blog Hop | Happiness with Pansy Patch

Join the Number 1 Stampin' Up! Team in the UK

Welcome to the Pootlers Annual Catalogue 2021 Blog Hop! I am SO excited to be hopping with our fabulous team again. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen any of the team in person (Thanks Covid) and I cannot wait to give them all some seriously big squishy hugs at our next event.

One of my favourite suites from the new Annual Catalogue is the Pansy Petals suite. It’s come as a bit of a surprise really, because I’d forgotten that I’d even ordered it! But, it’s so fun to layer up the pansy stamps and there are so many wonderful colour combinations that I can’t see me getting bored with this one any time soon!

Happiness Handstamped card using Pansy Patch from Stampin' Up! with StampinByHannah

I made a Home Decor piece with this bundle last weekend, that used a fun pink and coral colour combo, but this time I’ve had a bit of a Google of pansies and found this pretty blue combination. So, the blooms here are stamped in; Balmy Blue, Misty Moonlight (stamped off), Bumblebee (stamped off), Bumblebee, and Blackberry Bliss.

The stamps line up really easily, but the dies also coordinate with the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper if you wanted to go for a non-stamped card!

Fun Pansy floral card using Bumblebee trinkets and Stitched So Sweetly dies from Stampin' Up! with StampinByHannah

The card base is one of the brand new In Colours; Soft Succulent, and its a colour I’m loving already! Here I’ve also used a piece of the Designer Series Paper in the same colour, from Pansy Petals, and the sentiment is also stamped in the same ink.

The Bumblebee Trinkets are the perfect finisher. So pretty!

Inspire.Create.Challenge #090 | Home Decor with Pansy Patch

This week’s Inspire.Create.Challenge theme is ‘Home Decor’, something that I don’t often venture into with my paper crafting to be honest. However, I do love a bit of decorating and accessorising my home, and when I do push myself to make something, it always makes me happy when I look at it.

I have been having a great time playing with the Pansy Patch suite from the new Stampin’ Up! Annual catalogue, and one of the cards in the catalogue really caught my eye. So, this is a CASE (copy and selectively edit) project of one in the new catalogue. I think it works well in a frame, what do you think?

The pansy’s are stamped using several stamps, but they are super easy to line up and create wonderfully lifelike blooms.

The large flower is stamped in Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral, Bumblebee (stamped off), Calypso Coral and Blackberry Bliss. While the smaller one is Polished Pink (stamped off), Polished Pink, Calypso Coral and Bumblebee. The leaves are Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.

The Designer Series Paper is from the coordinating paper pack, and I added a layer of vellum embossed using the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder.

The ‘Smile’ sentiment is from another stamp set, Lovely You, and is stamped in Evening Evergreen onto a scrap of Soft Seafoam card stock.

The piece is finished with a couple of the Bumblebee trinkets, which did mean I couldn’t put the glass in the frame, but I think I can live with that!

Pop over to the Inspire.Create blog for more Home Decor inspiration and to add your own creations too.

First look at the Stampin’ Up! 2021-2023 In Colours and a quick card | Facebook Live Replay

Hi folks! So, I had hoped to get this post up a little earlier, but the babies had other ideas! Anyway, better late than never right? This past week I managed to get back to my Thursday night Facebook Live’s, I would love to promise this slot every week, and that is my aim, but there might be a few misses before I can get back into the swing of them properly.

Exciting things are happening at Stampin’ Up! this month as we prepare for the launch of the 2021 Annual catalogue. Now, I need to apologise at this point because I put a post out last week with a form for catalogue requests, but then had some blog-y issues and so lost all the sign ups! So, if you would like a catalogue, please pop over to my Request a Catalogue page again. I am so sorry.

I thought for my first Facebook Live back, we’d take a look at the new Stampin’ Up! 2021-2023 In Colours. I am loving these 5 colours, and cannot wait to get properly inky using them!

Aren’t these colours so pretty. The 5 In Colours aren’t designed to work together usually, but rather to slot into the standard colour collection and introduce more ‘on tread’ colours, However, this year, I think anyway, that these 5 work really well together.

Take a look at the Video replay for a look at the colours in relation to some of our existing colours.

I did also manage to make a card using Fresh Freesia and one of the new stamp and die bundles too! The Pansy Patch stamp set is so pretty and I can see heaps of fabulously coloured flowers, both stamped and/or die cut coming with this one

The stamps and colours I used this week aren’t available to customers just yet, BUT you could add any of these items to your Starter Kit if you decide to become a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, and join the fun!

For more information on joining; check out my Joining page, or my Joining FAQ’s.

I can’t wait to stamp with you all again, thanks for stopping by today.
