Stampin’ Up! OnStage Make and Takes | April 2019

Oh dear, I probably should have shared these with you a couple of weeks ago, but I have only just around to it!

Back at the start of April I attended Stampin’ Up! OnStage in Telford. OnStage is an exclusive event hosted by Stampin’ Up! twice each year for demonstrators only. This time we got to see heaps of new goodies from the upcoming Annual catalogue! Very Exciting! Particularly as we got to play with some of the new stamps too!

Bird Ballard

This first card uses one of my favourite new suites! Bird Ballard is just so pretty, and features these cute birds as well as some hand-coloured Designer Series Papers! I have a fun class kit coming using this suite next month so do keep your eyes open for that one! It’s one NOT to be missed!

The Designer Series Paper background has been coloured by one of the talented artists at the Stampin’ Up! Home Office using Stampin’ Blends so it will always match your projects. The birds on the branch were stamped and then hand coloured by me using the same markers.

Perennial Essence

This second card uses another new suite of products called Perennial Essence, and features the most GORGEOUS Monet inspired Designer Series Paper.

I have to admit my stamping on this one is a little off, but there was just SO much going on that chatting to my Stampin’ Besties sort of came before the stamping! In fact, I have one Make and Take that I didn’t even get to open, and another that is stamped but not quite finished!

Paper Pumpkin

This 3rd Make and Take is super special! It’s actually part of a kit that you can get your hands on in May. The Hugs from Shelli Paper Pumpkin kit is the first Paper Pumpkin that has been available world wide, and I am hoping that it means that we might get this fun monthly subscription in the UK very soon! But more about that next week….

I nearly exploded with excitement, but was bound by some seriously strict rules and wasn’t allowed to speak to anyone about it! Make It Monday | Chocolate Envelope Swap Project

Make it Monday Video Tutorial featuring Flower Patch from Stampin' Up! UK

Wow, what a weekend! I’ve been in Telford all weekend for Stampin’ Up! On Stage Local – one of the many great things about being a part of Stampin’ Up! is being able to attend the Awesome live events every 6 months, and this past weekend we were treated to a sneaky peak into the next catalogue! oooh, you’re going to LOVE it! Now, as well as seeing the new catalogue, stamping and a LOT of chatting, one of the things we did was swap! This is were everyone makes something, and we swap projects – and there is NEVER a Stampin’ Up! event without swapping! we LOVE it!

How cute are those! Now, I have to admit that my swaps didn’t quite look like this, but I can’t show you those yet because they featured brand new products! Yes, I got an even sneakier peak at new goodies, I was chosen as a Display Board stamper! I found out back in July that I had been chosen to make a heap of samples for the event, and I have had to keep it a secret (which has totally killed me!) but I will show you what I made soon, I promise!

Measurements:

Because of the chocolate I used the measurements are a little funny

Designer Series Paper: 11.3 x 11.3 cm

Punch and Score using the Envelope Punch Board at 5.7 cm (which is also 2 1/4″)

These ones use the Flower Patch stamp set and coordinating Flower Fayre dies, the ones I swapped were just as cute!

Stampin’ Up! UK Independent Demonstrator

On Stage Local | Telford April 2016

Hello! I thought I would pop onto the blog today and share my Stampin’ Up! On Stage Local experience from last weekend.

I LOVE attending Stampin’ Up! organised events, they are always loads of fun and I always come away filled with crafting inspiration, absolute joy, re-energised and with arm-fulls of new products! and this time was no exception!

Stampin’ Up! always treat us to a new bag – I love the style of bag they have used for the past 2 events, they are awesome crop bags and fit the Stampin’ trimmer in perfectly! So I now have two of these great bags, one from last November and one from last weekend. The bag always comes with things too; this time we had a cute branded pencil case (which I might use for make up in my handbag!), a lanyard, Prize Patrol Pin, and a brand new stamp set from the new Annual Catalogue.

One of the greatest things about going to events with other demonstrators is swapping. We all make a pile of cards or bags (mostly items that hold chocolate!), and share them with everyone. Swapping is a great way of getting a heap of inspiration, and I always come away with a heap of items I would never have made. This past few weeks have been completely insane for me though and so I didn’t get chance to make any swaps! But these are swaps and gifts from lovely ladies who didn’t want me to go home empty handed! Aren’t they sweet!

On Sunday I attended team training, and came home with even more Stampin’ goodies! and several challenges from my upline! I’m sure you will be seeing more of these items on the blog soon!

Before I HAD to share the cover for next years Annual Catalogue! Isn’t it gorgeous?! I am in love with this new idea book, there are so many awesome stamp sets and dies that I just HAVE to have! My must have list is LONG! lol.

I can’t wait to share what is inside with you! and will be doing an Open House event to launch it in June. (I will be sure to let you know the dates as soon I as can)
