Stampin’ Up! 2021 Annual Catalogue is coming…..

Hi folks! Yes! The Stampin’ Up! 2021 Annual Catalogue is right around the corner, and I just wanted to pop in and let you know a few important details

Order your Copy

I wont be automatically sending catalogues this time around, however I do have a stack of them available. I NEVER charge for a catalogue, but they do cost me to purchase and to post, and so if you would like one, please let me know.

I will be sending catalogue’s towards the end of April ready for the May catalogue start date

What else is coming…

Ok, so I have been quiet recently, after having my second baby in 2 years, life has been busy, and my little corner of the internet has been lower down on my priority list. However, I am coming back, although slowly, and am hoping to get back to regular Facebook Live videos very soon! Pop over to my Facebook Page to be notified when I go live… I will be sharing the new In Colours and some other new goodies!

Also, I will be opening a few spots for this years In Colour Club next week, so keep your eyes on the blog for that…. and I’m aiming to get back to some regular Stampin’ Inspiration emails once the catalogue is out!

Stampin’ Up! Autumn Winter Catalogue!

Hey folks! oh my gosh, we are already into September. I have to start by apologising for the lack of posts and inspiration from me for the last month. I haven’t been very well following the birth of my daughter in May, and it came to a head at the end of July. However, I’ve started some treatment and am feeling much better, but my crafty mojo hasn’t quite returned yet.

BUT, the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Winter catalogue launched on Wednesday and I’m sure that my creativity will be back soon!

This Autumn Winter catalogue is one of my favourite Christmas ones for a few years. There are 8 fun suites, mixing Christmas, New Year, Winter, Autumn and Halloween… there really is something for everyone here.

The Stampin’ Up! Spring Summer Catalogue is here!

Oh yes… today is the day! The start of the Stampin’ Up! Spring Summer Catalogue!

It feels funny talking about Spring Summer at the start of January, but really this catalogue covers more than just spring and summer. There are stamps, designer series papers, embellishments and more, that are perfect for a heap of occasions including Valentines, Birthdays, Sympathy, and Just Because. I think that the only card making occasions that aren’t in this book are Halloween and Christmas (but we have stamp sets for those in the Annual Catalogue AND some things have carried forward from the Autumn Winter too if you planning on making a head start on your 2019 Christmas Cards!)

Cling Stamps…

Now, one of the most exciting things about this new catalogue is the change to Stampin’ Up!’s rubber stamps. You’ll notice that there are no Wood stamps in this book, and that Clear stamps have being Cling. Cling stamps are the same high quality red rubber that Stampin’ Up! are fabulous for, but they now come with super sticky stickers. So, no more getting most of the way through your project only for it to be ruined when your stamp falls off you block.

I’ll be sharing a video with an updated look at the types of stamps offered by Stampin’ Up! really soon but for now, here is a quick video from Stampin’ Up!

Launch Party

I’ll be posting later on today about the fabulous Sale-a-bration offers that have also started today, but before I go I just want to let you know about my Catalogue Launch Party!

On the 12th January, at my home in Middleton St George, I am hosting a fabulous party to celebrate the start of this fabulous catalogue. Drop in any time from 1PM to collect your catalogue, make a fun card, sign up to 2019 classes and events, place your first order, or just meet other crafty folks!

This event is totally free, but I would really apprechiate it if you would let me know if your coming so I can prep your Make and Take pack.

Oh my goodness! It is finally here!

Kissing Technique….

Stampin' Up! UK I think your great kissing

Before your mind wonders off somewhere else, I’m talking Stamp Kissing today, I am not about to discuss romance or any other life lessons!

Today is the launch of the brand new Stampin’ Up! catalogue – have you got your copy yet? if not, get a physical copy here or a digital version there.

Stampin' Up! UK I think your great kissing

Ok, so onto the technique for today. How great is this card! and its so simple to create. I love the kissing technique, it allows you to add pattern to solid stamps. Check out the video tutorial below for visual instructions,.

The Kissing Technique:

For this technique you need two stamps, one solid and one patterned. I love that Stampin’ Up! this year has stamp sets specifically for certain techniques and this stamp set, I Think You’re Great, is designed with Stamp Kissing in mind.

Ink up your solid stamp

Kiss the two stamps together, I do this by laying the patterned stamp face up on my desk, and stamping the solid stamp onto it. Don’t wiggle the stamps, use a straight down and straight up movement, otherwise your pattern will blur.

Stamp the solid stamp onto your project.
