I have a whole week of fun Needlepoint Nook cards to share with you this week! I am so sad to see this stamp set and coordinating dies to retire at the end of May, as I have had SO much fun making heaps of cards with this bundle.
The Stampin’ Up! Artisan created a fabulous blog hop using this suite last week, you can see all the fun projects over on my dedicated Needlepoint Nook Pinterest Board!
The fun Designer Series Paper really compliments those pretty stamped flowers here doesn’t it? Needle and Thread is one of the Stampin’ Up! line of DistINKtive stamps, this means that the stamps leave a realistic impression, but it can be a little tricky…
Top Tips:
- These stamps are easily over inked; I tend to use a drier ink pad or only tap the stamp to the pad very lightly
- You use could a brayer or sponge to add the ink to the stamp
- Practice; use that grid paper to practice stamp before going onto your good card stock!
