StampinByHannah Techniques Coordinated Die Cutting with Petal Palette from Stampin’ Up!Stamping Techniques Series

This weeks technique is something I have been wanting to do for a month or so, following a video shared by Jennifer McGuire. The technique is Coordinated Die Cutting, and is a fun way to look at your stamps and matchin dies

Coordinating Die Cut Windows using Petal Palette from Stampin' Up!

The cards I am sharing today are fairly simple, keeping the technique front and centre. Creating coordinating die cut windows really called to me when I first picked up this stamp and die set, but I know that you can do this with lots and lots of die sets.

The trick to this technique is a simple sheet of vellum, and ensuring that your two layers of card stock and your Vellum are the exact same size. However, once you have all card stock cut, the actual creation of the card is a quick process (as you can see, this video isn’t massively long for once!)

The ribbons used on this card are both from the same pack. The Sale-a-bration Shimmer Ribbon Pack contains 3 colours of shimmery ribbons in Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral and Basic Gray. Each ribbon is a different width as well as a different colour, but they are all shimmery and very pretty. This pack of ribbon is completely FREE with a £45 order during Sale-a-bration.
