Yep, I’ve been playing with Swirly Bird again! I’m loving the enormous combination of things you can make with this set; birds, boats, kites, flowers…. and I’m sure there’s more in there too!
I think this was one of the first cards I made with Swirly Bird a few weeks ago. I love when stamp sets come with coordinating dies for the smaller images, and this card uses all the smallest images from the stamps and dies.
Swirly Bird comes bundled with the Swirly Scribbles thinlits dies for a great 10% off! There are heaps and heaps of bundles in this years annual catalogue, I keep finding new ones that I hadn’t spotted before which is awesome!
The splatter in the background of this card is also from Swirly Bird, but the sentiment is taken from Love You Lots – one of the new Hostess Exclusive stamp sets.
I am totally inspired by colour at the moment, this happens to me in the spring/summer, colour becomes super important in my creative process. I love colour all year round, but even more so in summer. I would LOVE to see what you create using this colour combination too, leave me a link to your cards and projects in the comments below
