I posted this card a few weeks ago as part of my Sale-a-bration celebration week, and when I shared it across several Facebook groups, I had several requests for a tutorial. So here we are!
This is the original card, using Elegant Eggplant, Perfect Plum and Pink Pirouette. I have loved using this Sale-a-bration stamp set – Big Day, its come in really handy for men’s birthday cards and other awkward folk!
I have recreated the card using a stamp set from the annual catalogue – Hello Darling. I love the floral images in this set. You could use the tag for the sentiment, but I decided to leave this one plain, I can attach a sentiment later when I decide who it is destined for.
A few tips:
- bright colours work better
- try different shapes – heart Bokeh is really pretty.
- leave you Bokeh piece to dry completely before assembling your card
