International Blog Highlight | Love Celebrating You

I made this card about a month ago, in preparation for this month’s International Blog Highlight with Kylie. So long ago that I then completely forgot all about it, until I opened my diary to plan the week and found the note! Thank goodness for my bursts of being organised!

Love Celebrating You handmade encouragement card using card stock scraps for International Blog Highlights using Stampin' Up! products with StampinByHannah

This is one of those cards that looks deceptively easy… and it is, there are just a lot of little elements! I have been playing around with this card stock scrap, die cut, idea in my head for a while, and I just love the way it turned out on this card!

This is a great way to use a bunch of scraps of card stock. I cut a load of 1 cm wide stripes of card stock in Soft Sea foam, Mint Macaron, Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay, and adhered them to a scrap piece of card stock using plenty of Tombow. Once it was dry, I then die cut this fab circle using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.

How to make a fun encouragement card using Stampin' Up! products including Hand Delivered with StampinByHannah

The other elements on this card are some more die cuts using the Stitched Labels Framelits, and the sentiment is heat embossed and from the Hostess set Hand Delivered.

Do pop over, check out Kylie’s Blog Highlight Blog post, and Vote for this card to win a place in the winners blog hop later in the month

Inspire.Create.Challenge #033 | It’s Party Time, Party Favours with Mini Pizza Boxes

Fun Shimmery Party Favours using Mini Pizza Boxes from Stampin' Up!

StampinByHannah Inspire.Create.Challenge #033 It’s Party Time, Party Favours with Mini Pizza Boxes

Inspire.Create.Challenge Party Theme

It’s out very last Inspire.Create.Challenge of 2018, and we are going out with a BANG! This challenge will be open for entries for a whole 4 weeks (rather than the usual 2!) and we would LOVE to see your Party themed creations! Maybe your making Table Favours, Thank you Cards, Gift Bags, or some fabulous Decor projects, share them with us over on the Inspire.Create.Challenge blog!

Inspire.Create.Challenge Party Time Theme Challenge Hand Delivered Party Favour with Stampin' Up! Mini Pizza Boxes

At the most recent Stampin’ Up! event I sat with one of my Stampin’ Besties (Sam of Sam’s Crafty Things!) and I realised that I had never actually used one of the Mini Pizza Boxes that have been in the catalogue for a few years. So, when I got home the first thing I got out to craft with was these fab little boxes… and made this fun Party Favour Box. The Mini Pizza Boxes come flat packed, but the slot together really easily, and they are food safe too (and the perfect size for a hand made cookie to two!

I added a hint of colour to this one using a sponge brayer, but you could also colour them by sprintzing or painting.

How to make a fun Table Favour with Mini Pizza Boxes from Stampin' Up!

The stamped panel uses the Hand Delivered Stamp Set. This stamp set is one of the hostess exclusive sets in the Annual Catalogue. These sets are exclusively available to customers who either hosts a party that spends over £150, or places an online order of the same value.

I stamped it with Memento Ink, and then coloured the balloons with a selection of Stampin’ Blends. I did HAVE to add a hint of sparkle to some of the balloons using a paint brush and some Frost White Shimmer Paint, which gives the effect of those fun shimmery balloons.

Right, that’s all from me today, do pop over to the Inspire.Create blog and check out the creations of the other Design Team Members, and share your creations with us too!

International Blog Highlight | Travel with Bike Ride from Stampin’ Up!

International Blog Highlight Travel themed Congratulations Card using Bike Ride from Stampin' Up!

StampinByHannah International Blog Highlight Travel with Bike Ride from Stampin’ Up!

Kylies International Blog Highlight banner

Kylie’s challenge for this month was to create a Travel theme’d project… now, while this makes sense as many Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators gather for a trip to Alaska, it proved tricky for me. I really don’t have many stamp sets with a travel theme! There is a whole suite of goodies aimed at Travel Theme’d projects in this years Annual catalogue… but it hasn’t found it way into my craft room just yet. So, I stood, and stared at my stamp shelves for a while… before I realised I have the perfect travel theme’d set… Bike Ride!

Bike Ride is one of those really cool stamp sets that layers together to make something really great… and works perfectly with the Stamparatus! Here the bike has been stamped in a combination of Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana and Memento Black.

Because bicycles don’t usually float, I needed to find a why of grounding it on the card… and instead of placing it at the bottom, or adding a shadow with a Blends Marker… I decided to use the Petal Pair’s Embossing Folder. I LOVE the look of this, but it is a little tricky, and has creased the card stock… but I don’t think you can tell too badly!

Fun Congratulations card with a bicycle using Bike Ride from Stampin' Up!

The sentiment is taken from the Hostess Exclusive Stamp Set Hand-Delivered… I LOVE this font SO much! and the card is completed with a trio of Self-Adhesive Sequins (which I am a little addicted to!)

Pootlers Team Blog Hop | Welcome to the new Annual Catalogue!

Fun Congratulations card using Hand Delivered from Stampin' Up!

StampinByHannah Pootlers Team Blog Hop Welcome to the new Annual Catalogue!

Pootles Stampin' Up! Team Blog Hop

Oh dear… so this morning was a bit of a disaster! My blog post didn’t go live quite when it should… and then I managed to delete everything I had written! Oh the joys of trying to sort out a blog hop on your phone! I really should know better, particularly as I set the date…. but I obviously wasn’t paying attention when I planned the team blog hop for the morning after going to see Ed Sheeran at St James’ Park in Newcastle (he was AWESOME by the way!)

So, here is the second version of this blog post…. I hope you enjoy!

Hand Delivered Watercolour card using Stampin' Up! products

When taking part in team blog hops, I like to try and make a project fit for them… and I think this card fits the bill! It uses the lovely new Hostess Exclusive Stamp Set; Hand Delivered, which although looks tricky to stamp (because the girl’s legs and body are actually two separate pieces) but it lines up really easily, even when stamped in Clear Versamark ink, and heat embossed in White Stampin’ Emboss Powder

Fun watercoloured Congratulations using Hand Delivered from Stampin' Up!

I’ve used a heap of new colours on this card… you can find the full list at the very bottom of this post… and one of my favourite techniques ever; watercolour. The card stock is Thick Whisper White, so you have to work quickly, but you can still get some lovely watercolour effects.

I would LOVE for you to check out the other ladies who have taken part in the Pootlers team blog hop today… click through them all using the list below, and I hope to see you again soon

April Customer Thank You Card using Hand Delivered from Stampin' Up!

StampinByHannah April Customer Thank You Card Featuring Hand Delivered from Stampin’ Up!

Every month I send each and every customer who shops with me a hand made card, and sometimes a special something too. Today I thought I would share my Customer Thank You Card from April. It uses one of the new Stamp Sets from the Annual Catalogue, in actual fact this stamp set is one of the new Hostess Exclusive sets available from 1st June and for FREE with an order of £150 or more.

I also send extra gifts to customer’s who shop using the Code Club Code… Click HERE to find out more!

Hand Delivered Thank You Card using Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!

The Designer Series Paper on the left hand side is actually on the Retiring List. Petal Passion actually comes in just Black and White, however here it has been coloured with Lovely Lipstick and Call Me Clover (two of the new In-Colours) and a Sponge Dauber. This is super easy to do, just dab the Dauber in the ink and then dab it onto your card stock on Designer Series Paper to transfer the colour. I think it looks very pretty on this paper!

handmade Thank You Card using Petal Passion Designer Series Paper coloured with Sponge Daubers and Hand Delivered from Stampin' Up!

The Hand-Delivered stamp set is a fun take on the 2-step stampin’ technique, the skirt and legs are one stamp, while the board is another! There are heaps of options, actually I shared a different version with my Email subscribers. You can see the Exclusive Video Tutorial by subscribing to my Stampin’ Inspiration emails HERE!
